Dictionary.com defines “wellness” as: “the quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort.”
From its inception, one of the goals of the CCPC Counseling Center has been to provide holistic care for its clients. Our mental health counseling is one aspect of an intentionally designed offering of services that now includes two wellness coaches: Nancy Angle, Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach, and Mary Wright, Certified Enneagram Coach.
Our plan is to continue to provide wellness services in addition to mental health counseling so we can meet people at their point of need, no matter where they are on their mental health and wellness journey.
