We are happy to introduce the new CEO of the Utah Nonprofits Association, Kate Rubalcava. Kate Rubalcava joined the UNA team in January of 2016. She has over a decade of community development, organizing and education experience. Previously, Kate primarily worked in and served under-served and underrepresented populations; including low-to-moderate income individuals and racial minorities.
