Certified Enneagram Teacher & Coach
Mary Wright is an Enneagram Coach who holds multiple Enneagram teacher and practitioner certifications and is Accredited with the International Enneagram Association, a distinction only a small percentage of Enneagram Coaches reach. Having studied extensively with most of the master Enneagram teachers in the field, Mary brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. Her long career as a Certified Addictions Counselor in drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers brings an additional element of depth to her work. Mary holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Montclair University and a dual B.A. in Psychology and Education from Rutgers.
After years of comprehensive Enneagram Coaching, Mary is moving towards retirement and now serves in a focused role at CCPC – helping clients accurately determine their Enneagram Type. Through a “Discover Your Enneagram Type Interview”, Mary guides clients towards clarity and insight about their Enneagram Type. Clients seeking ongoing Enneagram coaching will be referred to CCPC’s Dr. Rob Harter, a Certified Enneagram Coach who works closely with Mary.

How Can Enneagram Coaching Help You?
Most of us are so accustomed to our typical ways of interacting that we don’t question it – we say to ourselves and others…” Well, that’s just who I am”. The Enneagram suggests that you are actually something far greater than your familiar patterns of thinking, feeling, and doing. Each of us has an Essential Self that’s always been there but has been hidden beneath layers of “personality” or who we think we are, much like bark on a tree. Personality, or who we take ourselves to be, is simply our best strategy for navigating life while protecting our Essential Selves. Enneagram coaching will help you to connect with this deeper sense of self by learning to identify and shed the patterns of your Enneagram Type so that you’ll build a new capacity for self-awareness, productive change, and a life aligned with your finest gifts.
Education and Experience
Mary is an Accredited Practitioner with the International Enneagram Association. She completed her training at the Narrative Enneagram School in both the Enneagram Teacher and Enneagram Practitioner programs, studying directly under pioneer, Helen Palmer.
She is a graduate of Russ Hudson’s Year Long Depth Enneagram Program which included the top Enneagram teachers in the field as faculty. In addition, she holds her Advanced Enneagram Coach Certification from the Enneagram in Business and is YEC (Gospel orientation) Certified.
Mary worked as a Certified Addictions Counselor for over 20 years. She holds a master’s degree in Counseling from Montclair State University and a B.A. from Rutgers University.
Mary’s work at CCPC focuses on helping clients identify and work with their Enneagram type. Working with the Enneagram helps clients to identify ways in which their point of view becomes rigid or stuck in automatic habits. Using the tool of the Enneagram, Mary strives to help clients discover unconscious patterns in order to lead more fulfilling lives and enjoy healthier relationships.
