Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Health and Human Performance, with an emphasis on outdoor education and recreation. Kaitlyn graduated with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and is working towards full licensure in the state of Utah. Kaitlyn has long had an interest in pursuing wellness in mind, body, and spirit, which has led her to pursue a career in the mental health field with a focus on holistic wellness.
Kaitlyn is a registered yoga teacher and brings mindfulness techniques and breathwork into the therapy setting. She enjoys working with teens, individual adults, couples, and groups. One of Kaitlyn’s guiding beliefs and inspirations in her practice is the healing that can be seen in nature and creation and she enjoys finding ways to incorporate movement and nature into therapy and goal setting with clients.
Kaitlyn anticipates pursuing training in A.R.T. (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) soon as a way to become better equipped in assisting clients who have experienced trauma.
