Mother/Daughter Workshop: Cultivating Connection Through Seasons of Change

Relationships, like seasons, change and evolve. As such, we need to cultivate them and increase resiliency to allow room for growth, trust, and perspective. Join us for an inspiring morning focused on the unique bond between mother and daughter.
This time together will be spent learning from real-life examples shared by our Director of Counseling, Leah Harter, LCMHC, and two of her daughters, Emma and Evie, as well as Katie Thomas, ACMHC. Engaging skill-building activities between mother and daughter, such as a succulent-planting exercise, will center around communication and connection. Breakfast, including a fun cereal bar, and other refreshments will be provided.
This workshop will take place at the Christian Center of Park City in the morning and will conclude in time for you to enjoy the afternoon in Park City, exploring all the great restaurants and activities our town has to offer!
Cost: $40 (includes registration for one mother and one daughter age 11 – 18, as well as breakfast, refreshments and supplies for all activities)
