It’s Our 20th Anniversary!
From the very early days until today, we have had special partnerships with two Native American Tribes in particular. The Navajo Nation early on and today the ConfederatedTribes of the Goshutes.
Our mission of meeting people at their point of need has always guided our programs and services, wherever those needs might be.
From providing monthly mobile food pantries to starting a community garden and providing health clinics in conjunction with other nonprofits, we have sought to respond to their needs. Along the way, we have learned so much from these friendships that have formed over the last several years.
Recent Trip with Our Friends from the Goshute Tribe
This past weekend we had the honor of taking a camping trip to Yellowstone.with friends from the Confederated Tribes of the Goshute Reservation! Seeing the geysers was great, but the real win was the opportunity to get away from the stresses of recent events and reconnect with family and friends.
One of the women who joined us said “These are my best moments-spending time with my son. He usually has to share his mom with work and school so it was great to take a breather and come back to reality.”
Thank you American Express USA, Ally Bank, Steve Wood and Mountain Life Church for helping to put everything together and making this experience possible.

Back 2 School Basics is On!
This event, which equips local children with new clothing, shoes, backpacks and school supplies for the school year, is so important to local families who are struggling financially. We wanted to do everything we could to make sure it would still happen again this year. In light of COVID-19 this year, instead of a one-day event, we will spread the event out over three days, in order to maintain social distancing and keep the size of groups to a minimum.
It will still happen at the Outlets Park City. Kids will still receive backpacks and school supplies. Stores will still offer special discounts, and most importantly, families will still experience relief from the burden of purchasing new clothing for their quickly-growing children! Stay tuned for more updates.
