A panel of four experts from the fields of integrative nutrition\, mental health\, neurofeedback\, language pathology\, and physical therapy will discuss how participants can heal the brain and improve its functionality for long-term health. \nLocation: Blair Education Center at Intermountain Health Park City Hospital  \n  \n \n  \nMeet The Panelists\nLauren Ziaks\nLauren Ziaks is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy. She is currently a PhD student at Nova Southeastern University. Lauren treats patients with complex medical conditions\, including dysautonomia\, Long-COVID\, and concussion\, at the Park City Hospital with Intermountain Health. In addition to patient care\, she participates in scholarly research to introduce and validate treatment protocols and presents nationally to clinicians and patients aiming to help close the knowledge gap for these complex conditions. \nNancy Angle\, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach\nNancy Angle is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) who graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. Nancy’s training and experience demonstrate an ability to understand and utilize a wide range of dietary and nutrition theories\, as well as advanced coaching skills to practice in a variety of settings. \nLauren Feenstra\, Intern Clinical Mental Health Counselor\nLauren is dedicated to creating a safe\, empathetic space for clients to explore their thoughts\, feelings\, and behaviors. In addition to being a trained Neurofeedback technician\, her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices\, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)\, Person-Centered Therapy\, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Lauren is passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety\, depression\, trauma\, and life transitions while empowering them to make positive changes in their lives. \nNadine Nye\, MS\, CCC-SLP\nNadine is a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in Cognitive-Communication skills. She attended East Coast schools (Penn State\, Rutgers Graduate School\, the University of Pennsylvania\, and Princeton Medical Center) and has been a full-time Utahn since 2017. She has worked in Neuro Rehab throughout her career\, in all phases of treatment\, from acute to community re-entry. Personally\, Nadine shared the journey of Parkinson’s Disease with her father for 12 years\, which is her inspiration for facilitating support groups for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease and their care partners\, and for individuals with Neurological diagnoses and their loved ones. Speech-language therapies Nadine provides also include speech production\, voice\, swallowing\, and language skills. \n  \nMeet The Moderator\nRob Harter\, Certified Professional Coach and Neurofeedback Technician\nRob Harter is a nonprofit executive professional with 30 years of experience in leading and building nonprofit organizations. With a mix of stand-up\, sketch videos\, exclusive interviews\, and relatable everyday life scenarios\, they candidly share their personal struggles with anxiety\, the world’s most prevalent mental health condition\, affecting more than 350 million people globally. \nJoin these comedians as they reveal how vulnerability and humor can coexist\, turning their mental health battles into powerful narratives that resonate with audiences everywhere. And\, have some laughs along the way. \nPresented in partnership with the Mental Wellness Alliance with support from Summit Support\, Park City Chamber\, and PCMC as part of the Raising Voices Film Series. \nPost-film panel with “Anxiety Club” director Wendy Lobel\, Emily Richardson\, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor and\, Carina Nation\, Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
