Back 2 School Basics serves roughly 1400 students from Summit County\, Wasatch County\, and the Confederated Tribes of the Goshute Reservation in Ibapah\, Utah. \nEach participating child receives a $100 gift card to spend at Junction Commons\, a new backpack\, and school supplies of their choosing. This program is supported by volunteers who give of their time\, donors who sponsor children\, and by grant funding.

Attendees will enjoy hiking\, live music with the Hothouse West Swing Orchestra\, a delicious meal\, action-packed UOP activities like extreme tubing\, zip lines\, the alpine slide\, a ropes course\, and more. \nHike for Hunger brings the community together for a day of outdoor fun on the trails of Park City while raising support for the fight against food insecurity in Summit and Wasatch counties. \nGET TICKETS

She is currently a PhD student at Nova Southeastern University. Lauren treats patients with complex medical conditions\, including dysautonomia\, Long-COVID\, and concussion\, at the Park City Hospital with Intermountain Health. In addition to patient care\, she participates in scholarly research to introduce and validate treatment protocols and presents nationally to clinicians and patients aiming to help close the knowledge gap for these complex conditions. \nNancy Angle\, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach\nNancy Angle is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) who graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. Nancy’s training and experience demonstrate an ability to understand and utilize a wide range of dietary and nutrition theories\, as well as advanced coaching skills to practice in a variety of settings. \nLauren Feenstra\, Intern Clinical Mental Health Counselor\nLauren is dedicated to creating a safe\, empathetic space for clients to explore their thoughts\, feelings\, and behaviors. In addition to being a trained Neurofeedback technician\, her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices\, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)\, Person-Centered Therapy\, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Lauren is passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety\, depression\, trauma\, and life transitions while empowering them to make positive changes in their lives. \nNadine Nye\, MS\, CCC-SLP\nNadine is a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in Cognitive-Communication skills. She attended East Coast schools (Penn State\, Rutgers Graduate School\, the University of Pennsylvania\, and Princeton Medical Center) and has been a full-time Utahn since 2017. She has worked in Neuro Rehab throughout her career\, in all phases of treatment\, from acute to community re-entry. Personally\, Nadine shared the journey of Parkinson’s Disease with her father for 12 years\, which is her inspiration for facilitating support groups for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease and their care partners\, and for individuals with Neurological diagnoses and their loved ones. Speech-language therapies Nadine provides also include speech production\, voice\, swallowing\, and language skills. \n  \nMeet The Moderator\nRob Harter\, Certified Professional Coach and Neurofeedback Technician\nRob Harter is a nonprofit executive professional with 30 years of experience in leading and building nonprofit organizations. Rob Harter\, DMin is a professionally certified coach\, certified Enneagram instructor\, and a trained Neurofeedback technician. Rob launched his own Coaching and Consulting business as a way to invest in and strengthen leaders and individuals to grow both personally and professionally.
